ngmoco, Inc. (sometimes called ngmoco:) or Ngmoco) was the company that developed Eliminate Pro. They were founded in July 2008 and were based in San Francisco, California.

Ngmoco was a subsidiary of DeNA since their acquisition on October 12 2010.

On October 16 2016, the Japanese-based DeNA Co. LTD closed all of its Western subsidiaries after they partnered with Nintendo to bring the latter's games and IP to smartphones. The games of DeNA's Western subsidiaries had also performed below the Japanese company's expectations, and led to their dissolution and liquidation.
