Yes, it is true. He doesn't anymore. I've played him today once more; in Knox facility this time. It was a completely fair match. Here is the score:

I totally agree that he has hacked before and it cost him a lot in terms of skill. I mean, people with such high rank and skill should be able to beat me 10-0,10-1 just like Falzarfz2 does it when playing me. Jaxswag's dodging skill is what he lacks most right now.
He is good at small, compact maps, because as a Tanker i am slow and he can easily kill me with Antimatter Jet/Hellfire Pro, but in big maps i find it easy to dodge his fire, so i win.
